He is a Civil Engineering graduate of Thames Polytechnic London, and a postgraduate alumnus of Loughborough University of Technology, U.K. He is a specialist in ground water control, and Urban Engineering for Developing Countries.
A British Technology award nominee (1988), Chief Anthony Anyiam-Osigwe was the Chief Executive of Nuel Enterprises Ltd (Construction Division) a company that was aggressively and successfully involved in the housing projects of the federal and state governments over the years.
He has undergone postgraduate training in mining engineering. He has over 20 years cognate experience in the mining industry and over 30years experience in the construction industry. He is a Director in Pedmacgrek Mines Ltd., a leading indigenous mining and stone quarrying company.
Chief Anthony Anyiam-Osigwe is a member of Nigeria Institute of Engineers and Technicians (NIET) and also a member of Nigeria Society of Mining and Geosciences Engineers.
A trustee of the Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe Foundation, he serves as Career and Guidance Counselor in Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe Foundation’s National Program for Youth Development.
He is married with children.
Hobbies include observing nature, jogging, reading and movies.
